Cloud Migration, DevOps & Reliability Engineering
Faster deploys, smaller bills, and a system that stays up when the traffic finally arrives.

The reason you’re here
Sound familiar?
- Deployment is one person, a laptop, and an SSH session on a Thursday night.
- The cloud bill grew 3x and nobody can say which service did it.
- You find out about downtime from a customer on WhatsApp.
- There is a backup. Nobody has ever tested restoring it.
- Production and staging have quietly drifted apart, and only production is real.
Every one of those is a solved problem. Below is exactly how we solve it, what it costs you in time, and what you get to keep at the end.
What you get
Cloud, DevOps & Reliability, delivered as concrete pieces of work
Migration plan & execution
On-prem or shared hosting to AWS, GCP or Azure — sequenced with rollback at every step and a rehearsed cutover.
CI/CD pipelines
Build, test, preview environment and deploy on every pull request. Releases become boring, which is the goal.
Infrastructure as code
Terraform and Docker so environments are reproducible and a rebuild is a command, not an archaeology project.
Observability
Metrics, logs, traces, uptime checks and on-call alerting that tells you what broke, not merely that something did.
Cost optimisation
Rightsizing, autoscaling, storage tiering and a per-service cost breakdown. The audit frequently pays for the engagement.
Security baseline
Secrets management, least-privilege IAM, patching, WAF, encrypted and tested backups, and a written incident runbook.
How we work
Small first step. Measured result. Then scale.
1 · Assess
Architecture review, cost breakdown and a ranked risk list — usually one week.
2 · Stabilise
Backups, monitoring and a repeatable deploy first. Never migrate a system you cannot observe.
3 · Migrate
Move workload by workload with rollback, then cut over DNS once the new path has carried real traffic.
4 · Optimise
Tune cost and performance, then hand over dashboards, runbooks and on-call procedure.
Questions we get asked
Before you email us
Will migration take the system down?
Planned migrations run with the old environment live until the new one has served real traffic. Where a short window is unavoidable, we schedule it, rehearse it, and keep a tested rollback path.
Do we need Kubernetes?
Most teams do not, and we will happily talk you out of it. Managed containers or plain VMs are cheaper to run and far cheaper to hire for. Kubernetes earns its complexity at a scale most companies never reach.
Can you just audit and let our team execute?
Yes. A two-week assessment with a prioritised, costed action list is a common engagement. Plenty of clients run it themselves from there, and we are fine with that.

You get a 30-minute call with an engineer — not a salesperson — and a written summary of the approach, rough timeline and rough cost. No obligation, no drip campaign.

- Fixed-price milestones after discovery
- You own the source code, always
- NDA before the first call if you want one
